For a fast-growing logistics company in Evergem, we are looking for the following profile: You will act in a team responsible for the smooth working of all the logistic applications & operational processes. You will be responsible for analysing and implementing specific business needs by configuration of our internal software components. These software components consist of - A Warehouse Management System (WMS) - A Transport Planning Tool - A Transport Management System (TMS) - A Carrier Management System (CMS) You will work in strong conjuction with the Application Integration Specialist. - Parameterization and daily monitoring of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other logistics applications mentioned above. - Analysis of the logistical flows of our current and prospective customers. - Analysis of the logistical data with a focus on optimization of existing processes and/or implementation of new processes. - Provide support to the Account Manager. - Analysis of the data with a focus on KPI reporting. - Ad hoc assignments concerning the logistics activities: for example: inventory, reorganization of the warehouses, optimalization projects, etc… - Creating and Maintaining reports and PowerBI dashboards - Identify and resolve the system issues and root causes. - Identify and resolve hardware issues such as label printers, desktops etc. - Provide after hours on call support. Work as needed during maintenance windows. - Fulfill the end user requirements - Identify and resolve the system issues - Perform other duties or special projects as required
