Als Specialist Site Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor veilige en efficiënte yard-activiteiten, correcte administratie en voortdurende procesverbetering. Je werkt dagelijks samen met interne teams (Warehouse, Planning, Transport, Supply) en onderhoudt nauwe contacten met externe partners zoals K&N en GTS. Je zorgt voor operationele controle, optimale shunting, yard-bezetting en naleving van veiligheidsrichtlijnen.<br />Beheren van boekingen, inclusief extra en ad-hoc aanvragen.<br />Opvolgen van containermanagement en outbound flow administratie.<br />Dagelijkse coördinatie met contractors (K&N, GTS) en bewaken van shunt-KPIs.<br />Controleren van yard operations, veiligheidsregels en driver KPIs.<br />Uitvoeren van yard-inspecties.<br />Ondersteunen van yard- en veiligheidsprojecten en leiden van kleinere verbeterinitiatieven.<br />Uitrollen van Kaizen-acties en optimaliseren van dagelijkse processen.

Study and update/establish Regulatory requirements to new/existing pan-EU procedures. Support the team to further enhance the framework to ensure Regulatory compliance of our EMC’s.<br />- In-Service Emission Conformity (ISC):<br />Support the team to prepare, plan and coordinate the execution of emission testing of in-service Toyota/Lexus vehicles in cooperation with TME R&D.<br />Support the planning and execution of EMC audits to ensure Built in Quality and regulation conformity.<br />- Maintain export parts Quality system, conduct monthly meetings with EMC’s and take action to coordinate timeous closure of quality issues in conjunction with export Suppliers.<br />- Identify and implement breakthrough ideas to support/develop our team in the digital transformation journey to bring improvements to our operations and cooperation with related divisions.

We’re looking for a Specialist site operations to take charge of smooth yard operations, efficient shunting, and continuous process improvement.<br />Ensure safe yard operations, efficient shunting (yard/dock), continuous process improvement, and accurate administration in collaboration with contractors.<br />The role operates in a dynamic logistics environment, requiring close coordination between internal teams (Warehouse, Planning, Transport, Supply) and external partners You are responsible for operational efficiency, safety compliance, and process optimization within the yard and dock areas.<br />In this role, you will work closely with internal teams such as Warehouse, Planning, Transport, and Supply to ensure smooth collaboration and continuous process improvement. Externally, you will maintain strong partnerships with logistics providers including K&N, GTS, and other key stakeholders, focusing on operational control and effective KPI management.<br />Your performance will be measured through key indicators such as on-time dock performance, compliance with shunt KPIs, optimization of yard occupancy, and the results of driver audits. These metrics reflect the importance of efficiency, accuracy, and proactive coordination in this position. Your taks will be:<br />1. Smooth Operations & Administration<br />o Manage bookings, including extra/ad hoc requests.<br />o Oversee container management and outbound flow administration.<br />2. Collaboration with Contractors<br />o Coordinate daily operations with K&N and GTS.<br />o Monitor and control KPIs for shunting activities.<br />3. Yard Operations Follow-Up<br />o Ensure compliance with safety and driver KPIs.<br />o Conduct regular yard checks.<br />4. Project Management<br />o Support yard and safety projects.<br />o Lead small-scale improvement initiatives.<br />5. Process Improvement<br />o Implement Kaizen action plans.<br />o Drive efficiency in daily tasks.<br />
