Als IT Project Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en uitvoeren van technische projecten binnen een snel evoluerende werkomgeving. In deze functie zal je rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de IT Manager.
Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit:
Je zal instaan voor de second line support van complexere vraagstukken
Maandelijks sta je in voor het uitwerken van technische concepten
Op regelmatige basis zal je aanwezig zijn bij de klant en dit ter opvolging van een perfecte installatie
Oplossen van complexe technische problemen ter plaatse
Coördineren van werkzaamheden met onderaannemers en interne medewerkers
Je zal de werkzaamheden voorbereiden door de nodige materialen te voorzien, hiervoor zal je nauw samenwerken met de commercieel verantwoordelijke en de verantwoordelijke planning
Rechtstreekse communicatie met klanten en ondersteuning bieden bij technische vragen.
Bij de opstart van het project zal je instaan voor de configuratie, Implementatie van de nodige software en hardware
Opmaken van een draaiboek per project zodoende de collega uitvoerders in het bezit zijn van de juiste informatie dit om een prefect installatie en onderhoud te garanderen aan onze klanten
Onderzoeken en opzetten van een migratieplan voor security over te zetten naar een nieuw systeem
Evalueren van RFID-systemen: werking, veiligheid, dataprotocol, cyber security en toepassingen in high-security omgevingen.
Uitvoeren van audits bij de klanten voorafgaand aan projectstart.

Requirements

ouw profiel
Bachelor of master in Industrieel Ingenieur Elektronica – ICT, Bachelor Elektromechanica met affiniteit voor IT of Bachelor IT met technische affiniteit
Je hebt je diploma juist behaald of je hebt relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
Je hebt ervaring als IT Projectleider of IT coördinator binnen een resultaatgerichte organisatie
Praktisch ingesteld en bereid om hands-on werkzaamheden uit te voeren.
Sterk in communicatie en klantgericht.
Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en het werk te plannen in een snel draaiende omgeving.
Oplossingsgericht en in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
