Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager BENELUX to join their team and lead the development and execution of the sales strategy in the region. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key customers, and leading a team of area sales managers to achieve ambitious sales objectives. As part of a global organization committed to innovation and sustainability, you will contribute to the success of a dynamic and expanding business.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a company dedicated to creating high-quality solutions that enhance the lives and workplaces of people across the globe.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement a regional sales strategy alongside the Global Sales Director.Lead, motivate, and coach a team of 3 Area Sales Managers to achieve sales objectives.Set and monitor budgets, sales volume, revenue, pricing, and other key performance indicators.Expand and maintain the customer base in retail, wholesale, and contract business within the region.Identify new sales opportunities and actively drive business development.Provide monthly sales forecasts and contribute to product and market development through customer feedback.Increase brand awareness in the region through effective use of marketing tools.Represent the company at international sales meetings, professional fairs, and local events.Manage key accounts and maintain close relationships with major clients.Report weekly to the Global Sales Director.
