This is an exciting opportunity for someone with robust experience in IT monitoring, incident detection, and automation to make a real difference by optimizing the performance of the organization’s applications and services.Your Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.Manage the monitoring domain budget (CAPEX and OPEX) and supervise automation and documentation efforts.Oversee the implementation of monitoring solutions using technologies such as ELK stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, and Grafana.Continuously optimize monitoring configurations to enhance visibility and alert accuracy, ensuring that monitoring solutions fit team needs.Develop dashboards and reports for system performance insights, ensuring visibility for end users.Collaborate with the Incident Manager to identify trends and proactively address incidents.Analyze data trends, develop fault detection metrics, and execute alerts to improve incident predictability.Work cross-functionally with application owners, developers, and IT support to integrate monitoring solutions with applications.

This role bridges technical implementation with operational needs, ensuring IT systems in stores are efficient, up-to-date, and responsive to business demands. As the go-to advisor on IT configurations, you\'ll work closely with various teams, stakeholders, and partners, enhancing in-store technology for smooth day-to-day operations.
