You take a proactive approach to get vehicles back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br />For the Central East Team, we are looking for someone with following language skills:<br />Fluent English supplemented by at least 2 of the following languages:<br />- Czech<br />- German<br />- Lithuanian<br />- Polish

For our client, an international company, located in Ghent, we are looking for an Technical Support Engineer.<br />Your main responsibilities:<br />- You give technical support for internal and external customers in your own language area.<br />- You have access to technical documentation in order to provide the best solution.<br />- You\'re in contact with different stakeholders (designers, product engineers...)<br />- You give regular feedback on the supported products towards quality managers and developers.<br />- You handle the information from the market in such manner that repeated questions and problems from customers can be avoided.

For our customer, an international automotive company, located in Ghent, we are looking for a Customer Support Advisor.<br />Your responsibilities:<br />- you communicate between customers, drivers and dealers in order to find the best solution to get the vehicle back on the road asap<br />- you follow up the status of breakdowns until the repair is finished and negotiate solutions to logistic and technical problems<br />- you work in a dynamic and international environment with colleagues from all over the world
