Job description

You are responsible for the timely and profitable execution of the transports, you ensure an optimal load factor.
According to additional or changing orders you correct the planning where necessary.
You're purchasing and negotiating constantly in your day-to-day job with different carriers.
You build up a network of preferred carriers to find the best solution for each transport.
You're able to deal with both internal and external customers and suppliers.
You will work closely with the Linehaul and Direct Operations Manager, contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
You are always busy to improve and understand that being the same as yesterday doesn't make the difference tomorrow.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international road transport within the EU (Road Brokerage/Direct Freight).
Experience in non-EU EX/IM road lanes is an advantage (China, Central Asia, etc.).
Proficiency in English (fluently), knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.
Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on open communication.
Ambitious and driven to contribute to the company's growth.
