What You'll Do:
Provide first-line technical support for internal eCommerce and marketing applications.

Assist in optimizing business processes and capabilities related to eCommerce and marketing.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of professional experience in application support.
Calm, adaptive, and able to handle challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Tech-savvy, quick to adapt to new technologies, and eager to improve processes

Languages

You have a good knowledge of English
