We are looking for a team leader for a renowned logistics player in the Ghent region, which is still in a strong growth phase!
In this role, you will be responsible for leading your team and ensuring that together you deliver the highest quality. You will report daily the achieved results and progress on the set targets to your supervisor.

Requirements

- You have strong analytical skills
- You take responsibility and have the right leadership and people management skills
-You are practical and solution oriented
-You have a passion for engines and tinkering with machines is second nature to you
-You have a driving license B, so you can easily move around the site
- You are a morning and evening person and have no problems working in a two-
shift system.
- Quality and efficiency are important to you
- You are flexible and stay calm under pressure
-You speak Dutch and English
