Job description

As Team Lead DevOps, you’ll guide and develop a passionate technical team responsible for platform services and site reliability. You ensure the smooth organization of daily operations while fostering a culture of mastery, craftsmanship, and operational excellence.
You'll act as a coach, motivator, and enabler for your team, continuously improving processes and driving impactful, efficient, and qualitative solutions. Through close collaboration with business stakeholders and other departments, you’ll connect your team to a greater purpose — ensuring the delivery of high-value services within expected timeframes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate technical activities within the PaaS/SRE team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality awareness, and operational maturity.
Actively contribute to global alignment and competence management within the organization.
Coach, mentor, and guide team members through on-the-job coaching, continuous feedback, and career development opportunities.
Facilitate effective collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.
Promote a First Time Right mindset to ensure efficient delivery and minimize rework.
Prevent operational issues through proactive knowledge sharing, risk analysis, and process optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in ICT or equivalent through experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in DevOps practices.
Strong people management, organizational, and coaching skills.
Communicative, approachable, and a natural problem-solver.
Diplomatic, discreet, and resilient under pressure.
Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and decision-making skills.
Previous leadership or managerial experience is a valued asset.
