Job description

We are looking for a Slaughterer for a halal slaughterhouse who can start at 7:30 AM, a few days per week. Do you have experience in meat processing and are looking for a new challenge? This position might be for you!
• Slaughter animals according to halal standards and cut the carcasses.
• Debone, trim, and cut the meat into pieces and slices.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
• Store carcasses and meat cuts in cold storage.

Requirements

• Experience in meat processing is required.
• Flexibility to work a few days a week, starting at 7:30 AM.
• Knowledge of Dutch, French, or English.
• Knowledge of and respect for halal slaughter processes is a plus.
