Your Responsibilities:
- Setup & Implementation: Build the logistics center from the ground up and optimize processes and technologies.
- Client Management: Be the strategic partner for the client, ensuring trust and transparency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 150-230 employees, fostering a strong team culture.
- Operational & Strategic Oversight: Oversee daily operations (+100 trailers/day) and translate strategic goals into measurable results.

Requirements

Your Profile:
- At least 10 years of experience in logistics (automotive experience is a plus), with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong skills in team management and client relations.
- Expertise in WMS and process optimization.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
