Job Description
As a Salesforce Field Service Business Partner, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the Salesforce Field Service solution within the organization. Your tasks will include:
Ensuring the uniform rollout of the tool across all teams, standardizing working methods.
Analyzing departmental needs, identifying improvements, and making the application more efficient and user-friendly.
Collaborating with technicians, team leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the tool’s success.
Enhancing customer-oriented features such as maintenance planning, SLA tracking, and reporting.
Training and supporting employees to maximize the tool’s use.
Continuously monitoring the tool and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

Your Profile
Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Field Service or similar tools.
Experience in a Business Partner role, preferably within a technical or service-oriented organization.
Strong analytical skills and experience in process optimization.
Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Languages

You have a good knowledge of English
