Your challenge:
Are you the motivated production worker we are looking for?
You will have the opportunity to work in production and there are opportunities for advancement. Candidates with no experience will definitely be considered as well. Motivation is requirement number one!
As a production employee you can end up in one of these three departments: pre-processing, processing and production, packaging.
At startup you will work in different departments. That way you and Volys can better sense where you can best express your talents. Eventually you will have your permanent place!

- You can work in two shifts
- You can work at a high pace

As a production worker, Volys can offer you the following:

The company will give you a taste of different production tasks. Initially, you will start on daily contracts. On the days that you are not scheduled, you are a reserve and can be called up on the day. After positive evaluations, you will be moved to weekly contracts or a permanent contract. On the basis of a comprehensive evaluation system, we will see where your competencies can best be used.
After a start-up period as a production employee, we will evaluate and offer training that will allow you to grow further, according to making the best use of your specific talents.

Hours Schedule:
- Early shift: 5am to 1pm
- Late shift: 1 pm to 9 pm
