Job description

This organisation is a listed US manufacturer of medical equipment, mainly orthopaedic, endoscopic and general surgical instruments.
For the Drogenbos site, we are looking for an order picker to expand their logistics team.
Your task consists of preparing the orders in a smooth and correct manner. Precision and detail are a must!
Based on the order note, you compile the order from stock
Order picking is done using a scanner.
As the orders are dispatched to the end customer on the same day, we expect motivated and accurate candidates for this vacancy

Requirements

We are looking for an employee with the right attitude and motivation
Experience in order picking is not a must but certainly an advantage
More important is someone who can work very accurately at a brisk but correct pace
Since you work with life-saving equipment, a sense of responsibility is crucial
In terms of language skills, several candidates qualify:
You can speak and read Dutch fluently OR
You can speak and read French fluently OR
You can speak and read English fluently
In addition, you are reliable and driven
It is not physically demanding work, but you do get quite a few kilometres off your feet (8 to 10 km per day) in the warehouse when picking orders

We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible and preferably as early as February 2025 to work for this company
We work with daily/weekly contracts
Besides an attractive salary, you also get meal vouchers of 8 euros

You work Monday to Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. - On Fridays you work from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
