Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Operator voor onze recyclingafdeling. Als operator speel jij een cruciale rol in het beheer en de optimalisatie van ons productieproces. Requirements

Je staat samen met je collega’s in voor de toe- en afvoer van materialen, het afvullen van goederen en het reinigen van de productielijnen.
Je start de productielijnen op, stelt ze om en stuurt ze bij waar nodig om een optimaal productieproces te garanderen.
Je bewaakt de continuïteit van het proces en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt verloopt.
Je bedient de machines en volgt het productieproces nauwgezet.
Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, waaronder labotesten op het granulaat (zoals bulkdensiteit, kleurcontrole, visuele controle en vochtmetingen).
Je start de labo-extruder op, interpreteert de testresultaten en stuurt bij indien nodig.
