Join our dynamic team as a production operator in a 2-shift system! Experience an exciting and varied workday in an efficient production environment, alternating between day and early evening shifts.
As a production operator, you will work closely with the shift leader and colleagues to ensure smooth production flow. You will monitor and adjust the production process, add additives to the production line, and prepare coatings while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
You will perform quality checks, troubleshoot machine issues, and, in case of complex problems, collaborate with technicians, the shift leader, and the process engineer to find an effective solution. Additionally, you will propose optimization suggestions and accurately record used materials in the ERP system.

Requirements

✔ Experience as a process operator in a production environment, preferably in the food industry (a plus).
✔ A team-oriented and proactive attitude.
✔ Strong focus on quality and safety.
✔ Ability to work independently and solve problems.
✔ Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00).
