Job description

Are you a problem solver with an analytical mindset? We are seeking a Process / Application Engineer to temporarily join our client’s team. In this role, you will:
Support Migrations: You will assist in resolving issues during migration and apply documented workarounds to ensure a smooth transition.
Collaborate with Product Teams: You will work closely with the company’s flow and product owners to verify the setup of migration documents.
Documentation and Testing: You will help create or modify user documentation in collaboration with the software product owner. Additionally, you will assist in testing the new software environment based on documented test cases and help manage the test case administration.

Requirements

Technical Knowledge: You have experience with Microsoft Office and are IT-minded. Experience with ticket management or incident management systems is a plus.
Analytical and Logical Thinking: You approach problems with an analytical and logical mindset.
Strong Communicator: You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and you are fluent in English.
Quality-Oriented: Working with a focus on quality is a plus but not a requirement.

Languages

You have a very good knowledge of English
