Job description

We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join one of the entities of the European Commission. In this role, you will support the daily HR administrative tasks, working closely with colleagues and ensuring smooth operations. You will need to be proactive, attentive to colleagues' needs, and capable of maintaining a calm and collected demeanor under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and organizing HR documents
Supporting staff with daily HR-related requests
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal HR processes
Working as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Requirements

European Commission experience: Required
Languages:
French (Language 1)
English (Language 2)
Skills:
Proficiency in Excel
Strong writing skills
Soft skills:
Altruistic and attentive to colleagues’ daily needs
Calm and cool-headed under pressure
A strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset
Must be able to start work at 7:00 AM

Languages

You have a very good knowledge of French
You have a very good knowledge of English
