Job description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Dispatch Coordinator to strengthen the warehouse team. In this role, the coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth dispatch of orders, aiming to ensure that shipments are accurate, timely, and in line with customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:
Responsible for carefully picking and preparing orders to ensure they are shipped on time and according to the correct specifications.
- Loading and Unloading:
Oversee the loading of the correct orders onto the designated trucks, ensuring that deliveries are carried out without errors.
- Shipment Coordination:
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize dispatch schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Shipment Inspection:
Check the orders before dispatch to ensure all shipments meet the agreed-upon conditions and are accurate.
- Administration and Reporting:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all dispatched orders, including truck details and delivery times.

Requirements

- Basic computer skills to manage dispatch records and schedules (training will be provided).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or dispatch is an advantage, but not required.
- Fluent in either English or Dutch.
