Job description

For our client in Ghent we are looking for a customer service specialist fluent in English and Italian, Spanish or French.
As a Customer Service Specialist you provide exceptional support and assistance to customers.
- You're responsible for the daily communication with the customers, sales managers, logistics, mill production planning and supply chain coordination teams
- Receiving, processing and confirming orders
- Reporting customer related information
- First-line support for sustainability related topics

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant area
- Experience in sales and/or customer service
- Fluent in English and Italian, Spanish or French. Multiple language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent communication
- You can work with different ERP-systems and MS Office

Languages

You have a very good knowledge of English
You have a very good knowledge of German
