Job description

Our client is looking for a Quality Coordinator for their new logistics center. In this role, the coordinator plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of goods handling, including overseeing incoming goods, order picking, and compliance with customer-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and verifying the quality of incoming goods to ensure they meet customer standards and requirements.
- Following customer guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all logistics processes.
- Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, including quality checks, shipment details, and order accuracy.
- Working closely with warehouse staff and logistics teams to manage schedules and resolve any issues related to goods handling or dispatch.
- Timely identifying and resolving discrepancies in shipments or quality issues.
- Providing regular updates on dispatch and quality assurance activities to the team leader or supervisor.

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse management, or quality control is an advantage, but not required.
- Fluent in either Dutch or English.
