Job description

What You'll Do:
Visit out-of-home market customers to increase market share.
Seek new customers and expand business opportunities (hunting).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesalers and their sales teams.
Prepare agendas, plan routes, and manage daily activities.
Maintain and utilize the CRM system (C4S/SAP) for tracking activities.
Report on market developments and sales activities.
Represent the company at trade fairs and product demonstrations.
Collaborate weekly with the field sales manager BeLux to drive business performance.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:
Experience in the foodservice industry is a plus.
Strong relationship-building skills with a hunter mindset.
Experience with wholesalers and distributors is an asset.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
Proactive, autonomous, and well-organized with a commercial attitude.
Ability to perform towards targets and track progress in a CRM system.
A valid driving license (B) and willingness to work in the Hainaut / Brabant-Wallon region.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Project Assistant to join the Research and Innovation Program team of a European Commission entity.
