Job description

For a meat processing company in Zele, we are looking for a Administrative Logistics Assistant who enjoys working early hours.
In this role, you will be responsible for the logistical administration of the production and packaging department.
Your tasks include:
- Preparing documents for drivers, such as CMRs and certificates. If necessary, you will contact the relevant authorities.
- Checking loading lists and weights based on weighing slips.
- Recording returnable packaging.
- Organizing and filing CMRs and invoices.
- Ensuring drivers deliver to the correct dock.
- Maintaining close contact with the responsible manager.

Requirements

- You don\\'t shy away from administrative challenges and are good with numbers.
- Have a good command of English or Dutch, and optionally Romanian or Polish.
- You enjoy working both in a team and independently.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility.
- You can set priorities and handle stress well.
- You are an early bird. Starting time is between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM, and you work until the job is done.
- You can get to Zele independently.
