Do you have talent in administration? Are you interested in the sector of logistics? Is working in two shifts no problem for you? If that is the case this Job as an administrative logistic employee is perfect for you!

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is independent, very structured and has no problem working in a small team:
-You are skilled in administrative tasks: sending emails, checking documents, archiving and ordering documents
-Preferably you are in the possession of a bachelor's degree
-Any experience in logistics is a plus
-You are fluent in Dutch and English
If you recognize yourself in these traits? Then you would be a perfect match for us!

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch
You have a very good knowledge of English

Offer

The administrative logistic employee is the crucial cog in the process of logistics. You would have a wide variety of tasks:

-processing and sorting documents of incoming goods

-Checking if documents are correct, locating missing documents

-Front desk, inbound, outbound

We offer you a challenging job as an administrative logistic employee. You would have a lot of responsibility. You would start with an interim contract, but after your first evaluation you would get the chance to receive a permanent contract!

This is your chance to work in a dynamic, international environment and fast-track your career!<br />Job Description<br />As a Liquid Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for optimizing the production schedules for five liquid chocolate production lines and two solid chocolate production lines. You will ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials, allowing production to run efficiently and customers to be delivered on time.<br />You will support master production planning, process development, planning execution, and data management.
