Job description

As Activities Manager, you will ensure correct implementation of the production plan in your department.
For this, you manage a group of line managers and production employees and supervise the correct observance of working methods, instructions and rules. Depending on the department, you are the coach of 5 to 15 employees. You divide the tasks and oversee the supply and removal of raw materials and packaging. You also set up and operate production machines and lines yourself, paying due attention to quality, order, hygiene and safety. You report technical problems and deviations and ensure efficient team transfer.
You yourself report to the Team Leader of your department.

Requirements

You have an A2 or Bachelor's degree.
You have affinity with the food sector.
You have leadership skills, are hands-on and can motivate people.
You are able to set the right priorities.
You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (alternating morning and afternoon shift).
You are cooperative and have experience with or interest in setting up and operating machines.
You are result-oriented, problem-solving, communicative and stress-resistant.
You consider quality of paramount importance.
Additional assets are a technical baggage and a basic knowledge of French.

Languages

You have a good knowledge of Dutch
