Our client, a leading player in the food and bio-industrial sector, is looking for an enthusiastic Liquid Production Scheduler for their largest chocolate factory in Europe. This is your chance to work in a dynamic, international environment and fast-track your career!<br />Job Description<br />As a Liquid Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for optimizing the production schedules for five liquid chocolate production lines and two solid chocolate production lines. You will ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials, allowing production to run efficiently and customers to be delivered on time.<br />You will support master production planning, process development, planning execution, and data management. You will also help with reporting and analysis, ensuring that production schedules are accurate and timely.<br />Your Responsibilities:<br />Coordinate and optimize production schedules and adjustments.<br />Track production progress and identify issues affecting schedules.<br />Prepare short-term and mid-term production schedules.<br />Assist in setting production planning and material requirements targets.<br />Manage data relevant to planning and production activities.<br />Handle basic issues under supervision and escalate more complex issues.<br />Perform other tasks as assigned.

For our client in Ghent, we are looking for a Shift Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the warehouse operations. You will lead a team, ensure a safe working environment, and optimize processes to increase productivity and efficiency, while maintaining high standards of the logistics process.<br />A glimpse of the job responsibilities:<br />- Leading the warehouse team by providing daily briefings, monitoring performance, offering feedback, and implementing training programs.<br />- Planning, scheduling, and managing daily warehouse activities to meet production deadlines.<br />- Optimizing warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.<br />- Monitoring timely receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, including inbound and outbound shipments.<br />- Ensuring safety standards and company policies are followed by conducting regular safety audits, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective actions.<br />- Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor systems, and collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve facility issues and minimize downtime.<br />- Preparing and submitting reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).<br />- Documenting operational procedures and ensuring team members understand and comply with them.
